How successful is your Board?

Below is a list of 30 success factors identified as strengths desirable in the management of a Board of an NGO. In front of each factor, put 1 if your board has it completely, 0.5 if partly owns and - 1 if it does not possess. If he can meet with your board and do the exercise.
